  • B. Operational Communications: To send you the complete Operational Dossier, Terms and Conditions (Agreement), payment instructions, and all logistical information regarding Villa Elvira or the Maremma extension via email.

  • C. Waitlist Management: If you apply for future events (e.g., Maremma 2027) or if spots for the current edition are sold out, we will retain your data to update you on future availability.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • The consent you express by submitting the application form.

  • The execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (the evaluation process for the potential stipulation of the retreat participation agreement).
